⚖️ Terms and Conditions (Service Agreement)
By using the adahialkhair.com platform and completing the payment process, you agree to the following terms:
- Legal Agency
The donor (the principal) acknowledges that he has authorized the platform http://adahialkhair.com By purchasing, slaughtering, and distributing sacrificial animals, Aqiqah, or charity on his behalf in the countries and regions that the platform specifies according to need.
This agency is valid from the moment payment is confirmed until the distribution process is completed.
- Specifications and Sharia-compliant controls
The platform is committed to selecting livestock that meet the legal requirements (age, freedom from serious defects) and is supervised by specialists.
If a certain type of livestock is unavailable in a particular area, adahialkhair.com has the right to replace it with something equivalent or more valuable in accordance with Islamic law, in order to ensure the benefit of the poor and the completion of the ritual.
- Implementation timing
Sacrifices: Slaughter is carried out during the legally prescribed time (after the Eid al-Adha prayer in the country where it is performed until sunset on the last day of Tashreeq).
Aqiqah and Sadaqah: Implementation takes place within a period ranging from (48 to 72 hours) from the time of order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure (wars, natural disasters, border closures).
- Payment and cancellation policy
The request is approved immediately upon successful electronic payment.
Due to the nature of the service (purchasing live animals and allocating them for slaughter), the order cannot be canceled or the money refunded after 12 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the purchase and slaughtering procedures have actually begun.
- Documentation and Reporting
The platform is committed to sending a report (photo, video, or text message) proving the completion of the ritual.
The donor acknowledges that documentation may sometimes be delayed due to technical reasons related to internet quality in remote areas of Africa, but this does not affect the validity of the slaughter taking place at the time.
- Meat Distribution and Management
The donor agrees that all the meat will be distributed to the poor and needy in the country of implementation, and he has no right to claim any part of it or ship it to his country of residence, given the charitable purpose of the platform.
